Nervensystem regulieren 2: Fokus und Ruhe über die Augen steuern | Luise Walther

Summary
This episode is in German.
In part two of the series with host Joel Kaczmarek, neurocentric training coach Luise Walther uses the eyes to shift the nervous system. Up to 60 percent of neurons process visual data, she says. Thirty to sixty seconds of close focus on a fingertip brings on a focused state, a wide soft gaze into the distance does the opposite, and alternating between the two trains regulation. She also argues that indoor time, not smartphones alone, drives eye problems, and recommends 10 to 15 minutes of daylight each morning.
