Joel Kaczmarek talks with Miriam Rose, change manager at German insurer Signal Iduna, about rolling out the in-house AI assistant COSI to around 11,000 employees. After a 150-person pilot in 2023, the company moved from a custom build on Google models to Gemini Enterprise. Rose credits a prior agile transformation, visible board backing, a comic avatar and 103 AI champions, who often take on the role on top of their jobs. Reported figures: 87 percent motivated after three months, over 4,000 daily users and about 15,000 prompts a day.
